Selection is competitive and based on the student’s academic achievements and personal life goals. All required materials must be submitted by the due date. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications will be reviewed for thoroughness and quality. Applicants must reside in Illinois in one of the following areas: Western Suburbs of Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Kendall County, and Will County.
